The Peer Room for Founders Who've Outgrown Solo Decisions
A twice-yearly cohort for business owners at your revenue stage — Architects building toward their first $100K, or Leaders scaling past it. Same room, same stage, every month.

Power Hour© Overview
Growing a business alone means every decision lands on one desk — yours. Power Hour© puts you in a small, consistent room with other founders at your exact revenue stage, meeting monthly to work through what’s actually in front of you. Not networking. Not a webinar. A working peer cohort with the same faces every session.
Cohorts are grouped by stage — Architects (under $100K) and Leaders ($100K+) — because the problems at each stage are genuinely different, and the room should reflect that.
Peer accountability, not a webinar
A small, consistent cohort of founders at your stage — you'll know their names and their businesses by month two.
Grouped by revenue stage
Architects (under $100K) work through different problems than Leaders ($100K+). Your cohort matches where you actually are.
A fixed seat, twice a year
New cohorts open every September and every January — permanently, on a predictable cadence you can plan around.

Power Hour© puts you in a room with founders who are solving the same problems you are, right now — not five years ago, not five years from now.
Common Questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers for you.
Power Hour© is a monthly cohort session for founders grouped by revenue stage — Architects (under $100K) or Leaders ($100K+). You’re placed in a small, consistent group of up to 11 people who meet together every month, so you get real peer continuity rather than a rotating audience. To get started, have a conversation with Jules and our AI buddy will help you get set up with the cohort that matches your stage.
Power Hour© runs on a permanent, twice-yearly intake — every September and every January, ongoing. You can join at either intake point based on your stage.
Architects is for founders under $100K in revenue, working through foundational questions — pricing, positioning, first systems. Leaders is for founders at $100K and above, working through scaling questions — team, delegation, and building a business that doesn’t depend on their constant presence.
If you need additional support, we recommend pairing Power Hour© with Just In Time© sessions to complement your cohort. The Just In Time© consult is a high-impact, 60-minute strategy call designed to solve a specific hurdle in real-time. If you need more than that, the Blueprint Year© is our 12-month program structured around your full business growth cycle. You can ask about either during a Power Hour© conversation or via the form on the Contact Us page.
Power Hour© is $225 per person, per month, plus applicable tax. Cohorts run up to a maximum of 11 people. A 30-day notice is required to cancel.
We value your feedback. You can share your thoughts via the Contact Us page or request a conversation with Jules at any time to discuss your experience or evolving needs.
Whatever is genuinely stuck — staffing that keeps not working out, admin or ops roles that turn over every few months, a hire you’ve been avoiding letting go, referral or partner relationships that aren’t converting the way they used to, or decisions the team keeps circling without landing. Corporate Power Hour isn’t abstract strategy talk. It’s the actual operational and people problems eating your week, worked through with your team in the room.
Whoever is actually involved in solving the problem — owners, family members working in the business, long-tenured staff, or a mix of all three. Many Canadian small businesses run on exactly that blend, and the sessions work with your real structure rather than asking you to formalize it first. What matters is that the same group shows up consistently, since that continuity is what makes the monthly session useful.
That happens, and it’s normal. Real operational problems — a hiring decision that keeps getting delayed, a role that can’t seem to stabilize — often take several sessions to actually resolve, not one. The value is in staying with it consistently rather than expecting a single conversation to fix a pattern that took months or years to form. The quarterly and bi-annual reports exist specifically to show whether real movement is happening over time, not just whether a single meeting felt productive.
Each report shows real wins worth naming — specific decisions your team followed through on, hires that stuck, systems that held — sitting alongside exactly where the opportunity still lives, named plainly rather than softened. It closes with concrete focus for the sessions ahead, so there’s always a clear next target rather than a vague sense of “keep going.” The bi-annual review does the same thing at a longer distance — it’s built to show you the journey from where you started to where you are now, so progress that’s easy to lose sight of month-to-month becomes visible.
